Supporters

From the inception of the Atlantic Challenge program in Canada in 1991, an outstanding spirit of support has emerged by individuals, service clubs and corporations. 2025 marks 33 years of being a not-for-profit charity organization and be able to issue tax receipts for monetary or “in kind” gifts to individuals that donate to our program. These donations assist programming, offer bursaries to youth, ensure we have current safety equipment and aid to maintain our boats, trailers and vehicles.

Our home base is Bay Port Yachting Centre in Midland, who has been a strong supporter since the beginning of the Canadian program.

A special thanks goes out to the Government of Ontario and Ontario Trillium Foundation’s grant in 2024 which allowed us to replace out of date PFDs, replace spars,  and purchase safety equipment and a new inflatable support boat.

We are very proud of the people who have worked together in support of our programs and thank each for their contributions. Each company or organization has provided ACC with valuable resources to ensure the programs continue to be offered in a safe and exciting environment.
